1994 Sumerset 16 x 73 House Boat - I viewed this boat yesterday and I was very impressed with how nice it was.  This boat inside is decorated very very nice.  It has a warm and friendly feeling.  The carpet is new, it has a new wood floor in the galley and dining area, the drapes are new and the outside was totally repainted and the current owner did a wonderful job picking out colors that anyone would adore.  The galley has a stainless double sink, and oven with a four burner cook top, a microwave oven, a beautiful two door upright refrigerator, a dishwasher and a trash compactor.  There is also an ice maker in the built in cabinets at the end of the dining room.  There are four bedrooms and two baths in this floor plan.  Both baths have large showers and there is a holding tank for the toilets.  This boat is powered by two 5.7 GL Volvo Penta engines rated at 260 h.p. each and only having 263 hours on them.  The engines are hooked to two brand new duo prop outdrives which help with maneuverability.
